The first edition of the SDG School organized by Home Association in partnership with Polylab of the Polytechnic School of Thies was a landmark event.
Participants from Thies and Dakar benefited from a week of intense training, mixing theory and practice, to acquire skills in design and implementation of sustainable projects. The multidisciplinary activities and field visits allowed participants to discover local realities and better understand the challenges of sustainable development.
At the end of this week of training, the teams presented five innovative projects proposing solutions to identified problems. The participants were thus able to put into practice the knowledge they had acquired and propose concrete solutions to the challenges of sustainable development.
Home Association would like to thank all the partners who made this first edition of the school possible, which was a success. Based on this experience, the association hopes to organize a second edition soon to allow other participants to benefit from this unique training.
